Michael behe: darwin devolves

From the video description:

"In Darwin Devolves, [Dr. Michael] Behe argues, in brief, that “It’s easy to break things, and often it gives a benefit.” Building new things, wonderful things, through an unintelligent process like Darwinian evolution is another matter entirely. Michael J. Behe is Professor of Biological Sciences at Lehigh University in Pennsylvania and a Senior Fellow at Discovery Institute’s Center for Science and Culture. He received his Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the University of Pennsylvania in 1978. Behe's current research involves delineation of design and natural selection in protein structures."

The theory of Darwinian macro-evolution has been proposed and taught in classrooms for decades. As students, one is pressed to receive the theory as unquestionable fact, and oftentimes any sort of conflicting evidence to the evolutionary-narrative is ignored. However, modern advances in science and especially in the study of biology have increasingly challenged the longstanding theory of Darwinian evolution. Current research continually seems to point away from the possibility of the theory as being reliable, and one only needs to look at the data of the research with humility to discover the truth. In this excerpt, Dr. Behe discusses how Darwinian evolution is currently facing its limits, and offers evidence for the theory of Intelligent Design using research from modern biology.
